Fun cookbook!
I was looking for easy one pot recipes for extended camping in primitive campgrounds. One recipe has you shelling beans to make homemade baked beans - it might be for some, but I am more of a open can and put can over grill kind of camper. Want to avoid having to wash out pots - some campgrounds have limited places to wash dishes. I needed more food storage/refrigeration information.

Not really a camping book, which is why we bought it. Not for camping - tailgating maybe, or backyard entertaining.
Love love love this cookbook and its recipes! Love it so much that I sent a copy to my mother-in-law for their upcoming camping season.
I've only made two recipes exactly like the book, the helpful hints helped us pack for our camping trip. Glad I purchased it.
fun! Some dishes are inconvenient to lug all of the ingredients. Just be picky about which recipes you decide to use for which trips.
